+PT Office Support position in the St. Lambert Parish Office: This person will work approximately 15-18 hours/week with some flexibility in work days answering phones, greeting visitors, preparing certificates and recording sacramental records, preparing weekly name tags, and offering office support to parish staff on special projects. +Nacel Open Door 2018 Summer French Exchange Students: Nacel Open Door program is looking for host families for their French students. The French students will arrive at the Sioux Falls Airport on June 23rd and depart on July 21st. They are coming to experience life in an American family and to improve on their English skills. Students will have spending money to do activities with their host families. Host families provide room/board and meals with the family and will receive a stipend for hosting as well. +The Perpetual Adoration Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament on the campus of St. Joseph Cathedral will soon move into their new home, Mater Ecclesiae Monastery. Before the monastery's cloister is closed, you are invited to attend an open house which will include tours of the new facility. +Eucharistic Ministers are needed to bring Communion to patients at Avera McKennan Hospital. This is a unique and rewarding ministry. To become a Eucharistic Minister in the hospital, you may contact Avera McKennan Volunteer Services at 322-7897 or leave a message at the Catholic Chaplains office at 322-7948.

+Avera Heart Hospital is currently looking for individuals to serve as Eucharistic ministers on Fridays for its patients. This commitment would take about 90 minutes or less and can be somewhat flexible during the day. If you are interested and would like further information, please contact Fr. Our Parish Activities Committee will host a Rosary Rally at John & Cindy Dougherty's place (46508 267th Street—just head west on 41st Street) on Saturday, June 9th, starting at 6 p.m. We will pray the Rosary at 6:30 p.m. followed by the potluck. EVERYONE is invited! The main dish will be provided. You are asked to bring a dish to share and drinks for you and your family. There will be a bouncy castle for the kids and fireworks at dusk. St. Vincent de Paul Conference Rummage Sale/Vendor Fair

Our St. Katharine Drexel Parish Vocations Committee invites you to pray for vocations, especially for those in our parish who are considering the vocation of priesthood, religious life, or the permanent diaconate. Please join our Vocations Committee in our Chapel for Eucharistic Adoration for the intention of vocations on the first Tuesday of each month from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., and a Rosary for vocations each Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m.

 St. Katharine Drexel Parish serves supper at the St. Francis House (1301 E. Austin St.) on    the 3rd Friday evening of each month. Four people are needed to come at 5:30 p.m. to   help  make and serve supper and 3 people are needed to bake goodies for dessert. The    sign-up sheet for June is available in the Gathering Space.
