St. Katharine Drexel School News

Just a reminder for all current SKD families: Please remember to enroll for school next year beginning on Saturday, Feb. 17th. Our Preschool and Kindergarten classes will fill up quickly! 

There will be no school Monday, Feb. 19th. 

Please join us for Mass with our Kindergarten assisting on Wednesday, Feb. 21st at 8 a.m. 

New family registrations begin on Monday, Feb. 26th. To enroll your child, please go to www.sfcss.org and click on the link. The deadline for Financial Aid for current or new families is Sunday, April 1st. If you have any questions regarding enrollment please contact the SFCS Admissions Coordinator, Jenni Struck, at 575-3358 or jstruck@sfcss.org.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION INFORMATION
Sundays, February 25th; March 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th: Class for Grades 1-6 (9:30 a.m.) 

Wednesdays,  February 28th; March 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th: Class for Grades 1-6 (5:30 p.m.) 
                                    No class Feb. 21st

RE Teachers' meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 21st at 6:30 p.m. in Room 203

Confirmation 2018: Confirmation Mass is Sunday, February 25th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Katharine Drexel Parish. 

All students in grades 1-6 are invited to join us for "Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus," our Vacation Bible School Program for this year. VBS will be Sunday-Thursday, July 15th-19th from 6-8 p.m. each evening. Registration information will be available this spring. Please watch the parish bulletin and website for more details. St. Katharine Drexel School collects the following labels to help purchase items for the school. There is a bucket at the Information Center in the Gathering Space for you to drop your labels off.

· Coke rewards – Coke products, including Powerade (caps and codes from inside of boxes)

SF Catholic School System Position Openings: Please check the Catholic Schools’ website for new position openings in the system at www.sfcss.org.

Baptismal Planning Class
Held the second Thursday evening of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Adult Education Room (203); The next class is Thursday, March 8th.

SFCS Gift Card Program


Stop before you shop! SFCS Gift Cards are available in the Parish Office during the week or after the weekend Masses. Such an easy way to help SFCS students and parents with tuition!  SFCS Gift Cards are available at the Parish Office Monday, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday-Friday and after Masses on the weekend.
